Absolutely. We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all services. For many jobs we can quote virtually, and for larger projects we’ll schedule an on-site visit.

We’re based in Huntersville and serve surrounding communities strectching from Mooresville all the way to Lake Wylie.

Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have access to the property (gates unlocked, pets secured), we can complete the work without you being home.

What’s the difference between Landscaping and Lawn Care?

• Lawn Care = recurring services like mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, and fertilization.
   
• Landscaping = project-based services like mulch installs, pine needles, plantings, shrub trimming, and seasonal clean-ups.
   

How often do you mow lawns?
We recommend weekly or biweekly schedules depending on the season, grass type, and your property’s needs.

Do you handle leaf removal?
Yes — we provide seasonal leaf removal as part of both lawn care and landscaping services.

 What surfaces can you pressure wash?
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, siding, storefronts, and more. We also offer soft washing for roofs and delicate surfaces.

What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

• Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to clean durable surfaces like concrete.
   
• Soft washing uses low pressure with safe cleaning solutions to remove mold, mildew, and algae from siding, roofs, and other surfaces that could be damaged by high pressure.
   

Is it safe for my home?
Yes — we tailor our cleaning method to the surface, using the safest possible approach for long-lasting results without damage.

 When do you start installing holiday lights?
We begin installations in early fall to ensure everyone is ready before the season. We recommend booking early since spots fill quickly.

Do you take the lights down?
Yes — takedown is included with every package after the holidays.

Do I need to provide my own lights?
No. We use commercial-grade lights, clips, and materials. Everything is included in your package.

What about storage?
We handle storage for you — keeping everything organized, labeled, and ready for next year.

 Do you require a deposit?
Yes — for larger projects and holiday lighting, we typically require a deposit to secure scheduling and materials.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards. Commercial accounts can be set up with invoicing options.

Can I set up recurring service?
Yes — Lawn Care and some Exterior Cleaning services can be placed on a recurring schedule for convenience.
